Waterproofing

Above Grade:
Colonial Service provides and installs deck coatings for parking garages, decks and breezeways. Waterproofing for walls, including brick, tilts and painted surfaces, are available in many types of coatings and sealers.

Below Grade:
Elevator pits, vaults, walls, and floors can be waterproofed with a variety of materials. These materials include glued or mechanically fastened membranes, or cementitious type coatings. These waterproofing materials can be installed with insulation drain board, or simply with protection board.
