Self levelers come in many varieties of hardness and functionality.

They are often called underlayments or overlayments. Underlayments are installed for floor coverings and overlayments are installed for a wearing surface. They can be stained, coated or sealed to better enhance the durabilty and aesthetics of your floor.

Colonial offers all in house preparation of their floors. By doing so they can guarantee complete adhesion.

Colonial Service "does not" install Gypcrete styles of self levelers. Only 100% cementitious.

A self-leveler overlay is used to level, or create a flat surface over existing concrete. It can also be used to repair badly damaged concrete floors, resulting in a flat, hard, durable surface ready to receive tile, carpet, or coating system.

Self-levelers can be installed over concrete, terrazzo, ceramic and quarry tile, wood floors, steel decking, or epoxy coatings from a featheredge to any thickness.
